How does your solo practice routine look like?

Do you have a dedicated solo practice outside of classes? If yes, do you follow a structure? I'm looking for inspiration to build a more consistent routine.

Something like mobility / dance specific strength, footwork, isolations / body movement, shadow dancing… not sure how to find a good balance between the elements and how to keep it focused and fun.

My goal is to support overall quality of movement, precision, timing, maybe explore musicality too. I have a lot of material from classes and online lessons. I'm a lead but also interested in how follows would practice solo.

Best cities for social dancing On2 in Europe?

What places do you recommend for 1. High frequency of socials available 2. Good level of followers - doesn't need to be super high (I'm not that experienced myself), just comfy to dance with on average 3. Affordable and high living quality outside of Salsa is a plus 4. Schools with good teachers and drop in classes would also be nice. Opinions?
