Hi all,

I am looking to seek advise on Nikon homes 9 located on KIDB hardware park.

I went to see the location only from investment perspective.My intent is to invest and come out in 3 years as the plan they offering is good which is 10% booking amount plus .1% emi for three year.

However looking at the number of projects coming up in that area plus not so lucrative jobs in hardware sector, I am sceptical that if I will able to resale the property after 3 years plus if I can really expect the appreciation of 10% in that area. May be after 10years?

Can someone share their true insight on this please?
