They released FRQ... (East Coast)💔

aaq.

  1. experiment
  2. is it bad for operational definition if I said "The operational definition of anxiety is unable to answer a ringing cell phone, suggesting that responding to the call would have helped alleviate their “fear of missing out” (FOMO)"? don't think I'm getting the point :(
  3. I used the stat and said like 41.39 for phone absent and 31 for phone present shows like that there is higher anxiety when the phone is absent or something
  4. I think I said informed consent?
  5. I said not generalizable because it's like 73% female and 27% male or something and explained it's not representative of population
  6. I supported with those mean anxiety scores and said like it's a lot higher, therefore contributing to more anxiety, as people become more anxious about FOMO and whatever. I think I also talked about like one being in locked box vs not and being able to see it causes less anxiety or whatever

ebq.

  1. Through being able to access information more ocassionally than all at once leads to strengthened retrieval of memory through spaced repetition and the hypothalamus storing explicit memories.
  2. I yapped, but I used source 1 for the spaced rep.
  3. Idk I just said it is the same marginally diff, so it shows that spaced you can retain info quite well with the hippocampus storing explicit memories like those facts and stuff from a book. (source 3)

thoughts? 😭

Is it true that the operational definition for the FOMO study was the Likert scale?

I put the FOMO stuff for anxiety, I like copied and pasted that. I don't think I saw anything about likert😭😭😭

Everyone is saying it's Likert tho😭
