What did I do wrong in my mix & master?

Hi guys, im a 20 year old DJ/ beginner producer from Amsterdam. I just finished my first track with my best friend including mix & master (what a journey it is fr)

After finishing the track we tried mix & mastering our track because we have a b2b gig coming up this Friday. We used syntho as our guide to mix & master the song.

But when we tried it out in rekordbox we noticed that the waveforms are much smaller then other tunes. And ofcourse then we heard that our track sounded much quieter than other songs.

Does anyone have tips on how to fix this? I’ll add pictures of everything we did.
