What is the timeline to get the dependent visa for Germany ? Also My husband holds an ICT visa and is staying in Munich. We have applied for dependent visas for me and our children. Will they ask for proof of living space, as he is currently staying in a shared apartment?

I applied on April 8th, and till today there has been no update. I only received the message that my application is with the Embassy of Germany in India.
Could anyone please suggest what the next step is and whom I should contact or mail to expedite the process?
Also, did they compulsorily ask for proof of sufficient living space?
