How many practice exams - if any - have you done, and have you gone ahead and finished all the content/textbook questions yet?
I see all the time posts about how the system is rigged and your atar has no correlation to your genuine abilities, talents and overall intelligence. But what do you guys think?
I feel like your year 12 experience in terms of subjects can be so tailored to your abilities and interests that your atar is a good and genuine indicator of your intelligence in relation to what your strengths are.
so i just got my data sac back and got 27/27 for component 2 and 25/28 for component 3 (yet to get component 1 back). for reference i got 20/20 on finance - which our school did first.
my question is how are these scores converted into the aos outcome which i think is /40 for data. can i still get like a 38-39 out of 40 if i full-marked component 1?
aiming for a 45+ btw
As a woke student I immediately left the fym party for the coriander party in light of the recent allegations.
However, concerns lie in the inclusivity of the coriander party. Whilst I appreciate the symbolism of the 🌿 emoji, emblematic of growth and rising from the rubble of the fym parties downfall, as well as the inclusivity of plant-based students, this party doesn’t appear to include those groups outlined in the title.
I, for one, love this herb but I know many that don’t, or can’t eat it for whatever reason.
Is my atar cooked? Can I still get >30?!
My averages are
- 99% in English
-99% in Latin
-12% in general maths (my sac got leaked 😱)
- 67% in personal development skills
Can I still get the 31 atar I need for direct entry into medicine at Shepparton tafe
How cooked am I
Hello!
I am an 18yo year 12 student, considering working in teaching support for 2-3 years after year 12 to save up, before moving away for uni. In this job, I would be looking for decent pay, lots of hours, and a supportive environment.
My careers councillor said this was a good option for accessible work that pays decently, can you confirm this? She also mentioned that a cert III in school based education support is not necessary and is a waste of time, energy and money? What are my chances of getting a job like this next year?
I live regionally by the way, with some (minimal) experience in support work (did 2 fortnights of work experience in an alternative school, and some volunteering with my Mum at an age care home).
I swear at the start of this year I was locked in so badly.
My average SAC from last term was 95%, I was studying every night, focused in class.
But over the holidays and the last 2 weeks I have not studied once. I've got like 3 SACs next week and I'm just doomscrolling and idk what to do because I really wanna do well.
Help me! motivate me pls ;-;
