Some random person million of years ago saw an egg come out of a birds bits and had the conscious thought of “I think we should eat that”. Like why? It’s kinda gross to me when I think about it like that. We then decided to cook it and also use it to make other things. Same thing goes for milk from another mammal. The evolution of food is a weird concept to me.
