What is this little grey thing on soundwaves leg (also what is the other little grey thing on his left leg)

What are Action Edition Soundwave's voicelines, all I understand is "Rumble, Laserbeak, Ravage, eject, eject, eject.".

I was putting together soundwaves torso and i accidentally broke these little pieces is there anyway I can even put the little chest panel together now?

I dont have as many IDW figures as I do tfo, which is why its a 3v1💀

I FINALLY got his fingers fixed after my previous post on how to do em(I just used tweezers with my mom's help, no need for hot water or hairdryers)

Are these suppose to be articulated and bend, because the other hand joints bend, but idk if these are supposed to and I don't wanna break his fingers.
