[3 YOE] Data Engineer — barely getting any callbacks, not sure what's wrong
I've been applying for Data Engineer roles for a while now (Azure/PySpark/Databricks stack) and getting almost no callbacks despite what I think is relevant experience. Would appreciate an honest, critical look at my resume — what's actually holding it back?
A few things I'm unsure about myself:
- Is the summary too generic / keyword-stuffed?
- Should my "Professional Experience" bullets be more quantified (I've kept them qualitative so far)?
- Is one job + one project enough to be competitive at 3 YOE, or does it read thin?
- Formatting/ATS issues I might be missing?
