Weight loss might not be the solution for everything, it can however alleviate symptoms of certain conditions when someone is overweight or obese. Sometimes symptoms disappear completely. Isn’t that worth taking a little bit better care of yourself?

It depends on your height of course, but a lot of people are overweight at 160 pounds. I would be overweight if I weighed that much and I’m 5’4

Skinny people are unhealthy and have unhealthy lifestyles. People are fat because of circumstances and not by their own doing!
