I sailed on a Mediterranean cruise last year on Princess and they had gelato. But on the list of dining options on the Ruby, it looks like only soft serve? Is that correct? Is it serve yourself, or do they have a manned station?
I am sailing on the Ruby Princess to Alaska in August. I am hearing so many people say most of the shore excursions aren't really worth it. What do you all think? What would you definitely recommend? Our ports are Ketchikan, Juneau, Haines, and Prince Rupert. Also, did you find any exceptional food or restaurants?
My friend and I are booked on Alaska 11-day out of SF on 8/1/26. We will have several at sea days and I'm sure Princess will have things for us to do but I'm wondering.....is there a game room? A place we could go to play cards, or dominos or maybe even a board game. Do they have games available to play, or should we plan on bringing our own?
