Hello everyone,

I have been dealing with vertigo and dizziness for over 6 weeks. It actually stopped for 1 week but returned this week.

ENT diagnosed me with BPVV, Vestibular Migraine and TMJ. Neurologist said it was too soon to diagnose vestibular migraine specially because this is the first time I have the symptoms. He sent me to PT which I start tomorrow.

My symptoms are:

- Dizziness and vertigo
- pounding heart beat
- pain right above the opening/hole of the right ear
- feeling my ears pop and ringing
- feeling my ears are full every time I pass saliva.
- minor discomfort in the right temple
- Throat congestion and hoarse voice

All of this started a few days after I felt dizzy. No nausea, vomiting or headaches except two days ago when I drank one beer and I had a huge headache.

CT and MRI scans are all normal. One thing the causes the dizziness is when I tilt my head to right or up. Also, I went to the gym about two weeks ago and I jumped rope which made me very dizzy.

are your symptoms similar to mine? ENT said my hearing test was normal and that my throat, ear and nose look okay.

Hello everyone,

we have a few TZ270 units at our remote locations and since about 1 hour ago, I am getting hundreds of logs that say:
"Configuration succeeded: Restart Zero Touch Task"
When I logged in as Admin, it kicks down to non-config.

are you guys seeing the same thing in your units?

We are planning on migrating from VMware to Proxmox. I would like to setup a 3 host cluster lab with CEPH. Will the hardware below be sufficient for a lab? I want to learn as much as I can about setting up, deploying and managing Proxmox.

hello all!

its me again with the weekly vulnerability post lol

so I updated all my servers but noticed that Bullseye servers are running '5.10.251-4 (2026-05-08)' kernel even after rebooting. Debian security tracker shows kernel '5.10.251-5' as fixed version.

have you updated your Bullseye machines to 5.10.251-5?

when I update my system, I get the message below. I googled the error and found solutions for Ubuntu.

Hi,

We have two Dell Optiplex 7040 i3 8GB 500 Cruicial SSD drive that began randomly freezing. The first freeze started on Saturday after Edge, MS C++ 2015-2022 and o365 were automatically updated.

I re-installed Windows on one of the machines and now it is working okay. Neither machine have Dell software installed.

I checked event viewer and there is no Application or System errors before each freeze. There is no BSOD either. it just freezes. I removed MS C++ 2015-2022 and did not fix the issue.

If I boot the machine in Safe Mode w/wo Networking, it does not freeze.

Have you experience this issue in the last couple of days?

I have been running OPNSense in a VM on proxmox at home for a few months without issues but I think it will be better to run it on bare metal so if my virtual environment is down, I will still have internet access.

What mini PCs do you recommend that will not break the bank? I only need two NICs.

I searched a few but the lowest priced one is like $250 on Amazon.

I am using Nessus Essentials to scan our servers... I have not install Apr patch Tuesday on two servers; however, when I scan them, it does not show any vulnerability. Is is because I am running a uncredentialed scan? or is it because I am using a free version of Nessus.
