First time poster.
I purchased a pair of Keb trousers brand-new from the The Bushcraft Store in Enfield two months ago. Have worn them three times, and washed once (following label instructions).

Multiple threads are already showing (see pics).

The Bushcraft Store suggested I set fire to the threads, which sounds dangerous, and would surely invalidate my warranty. They are refusing to refund them.

Is this normal on a new pair of Keb trousers? If so, what should I do?
