The original fight was anticlimatic to me. Her and a few other A class heroes barely scratched it (0.04% damage in the webcomic). She was barely useful and is now even struggling with the fodder robots, who are getting wrecked even by heroes like TTM and PPP.
That's odd for someone who claimed to be stronger than her brother. The manga made it feel like she really earned that.
The monster suffering more damage doesn't mean it was nerfed, just that the opposition was buffed.
For the past 2 years, Murata has taken a break around this time for 2 months. What I think Murata wants to do is finish the last of the five dragon levels before taking a break and then move on to the next part of this arc.
I've had a problem with the pacing of the manga for a while now, but health always comes first.
