I Interviewed for a Senior Consultant position with RedHat about 2 weeks ago. I have sent follow up emails to the recruiter - no response. Candidates deserve better. We talk about 'candidate experience,' but how can we improve when the bar is on the floor?

If a RedHat recruiter ghosts ME, does it reflect the company culture? Or just a broken process?
