I’m slowly losing myself during this..

Hi I’m a fresh graduate and an engineer. I don’t know to explain this in a way that I can catch y’all attention but let me just rant what I’m feeling about these job hunting. I’m so overwhelmed by the fact that even before I graduated I kept on applying for jobs. Daily applying.. to the point that I graduated and until now they keep on rejecting me. I have a good resume format and a decent background from my internship and certifications.. idk, is it really that hard to survive nowadays? I’m slowly losing myself to the point that I’m underestimating my skills and capabilities because it’s really hard to find a job nowadays.. it felt like no company will ever hire me.. mind you I applied for 300 companies now.. please be nice with your opinions because to be honest I feel like giving up because even my family thinks I’m a failure at this point for not having a job..

I’m getting nervous right now.. I applied as an Operations Research Analyst and I’m a fresh graduate..

Hi I’m a fresh graduate and I applied as an Operations Research Analyst position at the known energy company in my city. I’m a graduate of industrial engineering and this is my first time to have this interview. I already got a phone screening interview last week and this upcoming week I’ll be having an initial interview with the company’s hr and 5 more employees.. I’m really nervous because I didn’t expect that’s common for an interview and what makes me more nervous is the excel exam too.

Any tips what could be the possible excel exam that might show up there?? And any tips what could be the possible questions that these hr and employees would ask me?? Please help me..

I passed a resume at this company and this happened..

Hi, I’m a fresh graduate and it’s my first time using this app. I created an account here just to ask employed people here about my situation right now. I really need your opinion about it..

I passed my resume in a pdf form on Gmail to a nearby company here in my city. That resume has a clear format, with my picture, full name, Personal details (complete address, contact numbers, and my LinkedIn profile), Work experience (I even highlighted my internship there cause that’s the only work experience I have), education background, certifications, and skills. I sent this current resume to every company that I know I can help to provide the skills that i have as a fresh graduate. I was even reached out by well known companies for interviews because of this resume I’m using but this specific company nearby my city was the only company so far that I got this news from an acquaintance that is currently working there.

This acquaintance of mine who is currently working there just sent me a dm telling that they heard that their boss was saying that this person (me) who sent a resume didn’t have any name, personal information (which I literally have those 2 btw), objective, and references (which I’m accountable that I didn’t put these 2). I’m so confused that a boss would say that because I checked multiple times that I sent the right resume with my full name and full personal informations. I’m accountable with the part that I didn’t add the objective and references simply because I’ve seen how these big companies prefer without those. I’m getting hesitant to send my revised resume to that company but I’ll still try my best to email back.

I need your opinion about this company.. is it still worth to try and working there if I get the position? I’m really hesitant about it knowing how the boss who barely knows me yet acted that way to the point that my acquaintance had to message me because of it..
