Looking for Spot that Sells Cochinita Pibil

Hi all! I stayed in the Yucatan peninsula for a few months a while back, and now I've had to live with not being able to find any Mayan food despite salivating at the thought of it. Does anyone know a good spot, preferably within an hour's drive? Open to farther if necessary. Doesn't have to be roasted in a pit traditional style.

Alternatively, any leads for Seville oranges so I can make it at home?

Thanks :)

Seeking Ideas for Visualizations of RVA Gov Data

Hi all,

I currently work in a field that has me performing a lot of data analysis and visualization. In my current role, I've really leaned into dashboard creation through Power BI, and I'm looking to expand my skills to Tableau while building an independent portfolio to show potential clients in the future if I decide to do some freelancing (my current job uses protected data, so I can't demonstrate any of those visualizations).

In order to build that portfolio, I would love to create some visualizations for aspects of Richmond's publicly available datasets that largely lack public-facing charts, dashboards, etc. and are difficult for the average person to interpret or understand. I work with some fairly complex data in my job, and the most rewarding part to me has been finding a way to tell a comprehensive story based on that data that even someone with minimal context can understand. Think interactive mapped geodata, Sankey diagrams that illustrate budget inflows and outflows for certain projects, or "deliverable" trackers that identify publicly stated timelines and compare them to actual published progress.

I am looking to do this in my free time and publish the results for free to the public. If there are any data sets y'all are aware of that are begging to be broken down, visualized, and made accessible, I would love to hear your suggestions! I have a few ideas in mind already, but I figured what better way to see what would benefit the community than simply asking? Thanks in advance :)
