I am thinking of visiting Morroco for a 1 week holiday. I am curious on Morrocan attitudes to Africans. I am Kenyan. Thanks for your honesty please.

Can the proponents of Monogamy tell me what I am missing out on? I live a very hypersexual life with many partners. I have lived so for the past 22 years of being sexually active.

I know no other way of life and the idea of pretemding to be with only one person isvto me ridiculous and an unnecessary self imposed prison.

What are the benefits of having only 1 sexual partner that in my 40 years of life, I have not discovered?

I feel overblessed so I shall sprinkle some here. What youvput your mind to do andcremain true to you shall accomplish. God has willed it.

Eat healthy whole foods. Ban added sugar. Limit whole food sugars. Consciously avoid simple carbohydrates. Seek nutrients. Cultivate good gut bacteria. Practice fasting. Isometric work outs.

The results are full day energy. Full day concentration. Very good sleep. Solid foundation for success in everything else.
