When does it get better post recovery?

I’ve had 6 cycles so far but I still feel so bloated all the time, uncomfortable, and i feel like my body isn’t done changing. When does it get better? It feels impossible. I thought life after recovery was meant to be better but I just feel insecure all the time and thought it’s been 6 periods things would be better and yes I’m so happy and blessed to have them back but my gut is still a mess and I just feel so insecure.

Redistribution?

When will my body let go of some fat and redistribute. I’ve had 6 cycles and I feel like nothing is changing. Also I sometimes still like force feed myself. Like I won’t be that hungry for lunch but I’ll make sure I eat it because I know it’s bad to have long gaps with no food. Is that normal as I’ve had 6 cycles?

I’ve had 6 recovery periods. Just wondering when will it get more heavy though because the first two see the heaviest and the last 4 have been pretty light with the 6th so far being the lightest yet. Kind of concerns me. I’m home now from school so I should be less stressed and more rest. I’ve gotten into lattes lately. Could that be causing me to bleed less due to the caffeine? Tips? Want to get back into running more so just looking for some advice.

Hi! So I’ve had 5 cycles so far but lots of short luteal phases and stuff like that but have all been 24-32 days apart. I’m 27 days from last cycle and I just have a feeling it’s not gonna come and I’m really worried
