Am I at a loss?

I purchased a home from a relative that was used as a rental for the last 20 years. I knew it would be rough, but I bought it as-is and am stuck. Pics are of the Cellar/Basement, last 3 are of kitchen. Planning to hire a structural engineer asap, but do you think I’m screwed? Built in 1909
