Hello! its me again, feeling kinda insecure about my side profile and most especially my jaw, I've been told a variety of options and was considering maybe doing atleast of them when it comes to solving the issue

I was told to do Filler to see how i like it first
Then the two more prominent solutions
Have never liked that my jaw points to the core of the freaking earth and i feel like i have a beek for a nose (although i am greek and sometimes i do like my nose)
Was maybe thinking of getting Double Jaw surgery considering idk if implants would help me out much? considering my jaw is down swung
I need someone help and some advice! it would be amazing if you could do so

debating on getting Jaw implants, ive always been insecure about having a longer midface and narrow jaw. Should I go through with it?
