Early applicant, 26 AA/27 TS, 3.79 GPA but only one interview so far, should I be worried?

Hi everyone, I know it’s still relatively early in the cycle, but I’m starting to get a little nervous and wanted to see if anyone is in a similar position or has insight from previous cycles.

I applied early June and have a 3.79 GPA and 26 AA/27 TS DAT. So far, I have one interview invitation and have completed two Kiras (for schools that basically send Kiras to everyone), but otherwise haven’t heard much.

I applied to schools including UCSF, UCLA, UOP, USC, Columbia, Harvard, Penn, BU, ASDOH, WesternU, Roseman, Midwestern AZ, UNLV, and a few others.

I felt pretty confident going into the cycle because, in addition to my stats, I have extensive dental experience and strong ECs. I have several hundred hours across dental assisting, free/community clinics, shadowing, and other clinical experiences, along with significant leadership, teaching, volunteering, and mentoring.

I feel good about my letters of recommendation and thought my personal statement/application had a cohesive story and reflected my experiences well.

I really don't mean for this post to come across as annoying or like I'm just listing my stats and expecting interviews because of them. I know admissions are holistic, and nothing guarantees an interview. I'm mainly including everything because I genuinely thought I had put together a competitive application, so I'm trying to figure out whether I'm overthinking how quiet things have been so far.

I think seeing UOP start calling applicants for interviews today and not hearing anything is what made all of this hit a little harder. The school I'm also pretty sad about is Columbia. I applied very early and have now missed both Kira waves I've seen reported in July and August. I've seen applicants with a pretty wide range of stats and experiences receive Kiras, so I'm starting to wonder whether there's something I'm overlooking or if their review process is simply less predictable than I expected.
