I have my first Phlebotomy interview coming up and it's at a big hospital that I really want to work at. My only problem is that I have never interviewed in health care before so I'm really not sure what sort of questions they will ask. If anyone has a good idea of what questions typically get asked at Phlebotomy interviews, it will really help me out.

I'm freshly certified and I will have my BLS for healthcare workers tomorrow, so I have started applying for jobs. The one thing I have noticed in hospitals around me is that there is phlebotomist associate and then phlebotomist 1 job openings and both have the same requirements, which I do meet. I'm just not sure the difference between these titles and which ones I should really go after.

I can proudly say that I am a Certified Phlebotomy Technician! Thanks for all the advice around here.
