Up in Kenwood here with a dog that hates fireworks.

This has been the quietest Julys since I moved here.

I'm wondering why?

The economy, folks just don't have the money to spend on fireworks?
The city has finally cracked down on fireworks?
Fireworks seem to be just as available as in years past, so I don't think its a supply issue.

Anyway, I am enjoying the peaceful nights!
