Chain Tension Question

Morning All

Does this chain tension look a-bit tight. where the tensioner is sitting if I move it up the chain goes slack and the silver jockey wheel guide touches the frame. It’s a 3 speed. The chain looks to be a sram 7 speed chain not sure if that’s original. Any advice please.

Good evening All

Need some advice Please

What’s the going rate for a tidy used 2014 Brompton 3 speed. Think it has the Brompton hub rather than the Sturmey archer. Has rear rack. Not sure on exact model but I believe it’s a M3R.
