we recently got put in a new cluster and got a new ics. before when i needed product i’d shortlist it on book master with a small note like for a table, for a face out ect. now if i dont reach out to the ics by email justifying in depth why I need each book or the quantity i’m asking for the new ics either just says no, or gives the minimum quantity of 1-3. we are a HUGE store. we’re running out things we shouldn’t be all over the store. is anyone else having these issues, or any ics’s have insight to why this might be happening?

the looking ahead to july still says TBD for the fiction pick? does anyone know anything ?
