Hello! I’m looking for a 1-2 bedroom house/apt/townhouse/condo to rent starting end of August/early September. Ideally looking to be in Old Town, Del Ray, Bradford, Caryle, Arlandia, or Potomac Yard.

I’m active duty US Coast Guard; single woman in my early 40s; moving to the area for 3-4 years on orders. No pets now but may be interested in cats.

I check Zillow, HotPads, and Military By Owner every day but figured I’d try here too. Everything moves pretty fast and I end up ghosted a lot of the time. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated. TYIA!
