If I commit to Cornell, would I be able to transfer to Haverford/Vassar or Brown (although I got in off the waitlist) or will they not let me in as I turned them down? Not transferring rn, haven’t even started college yet!
I am having a seriously hard time choosing a college. I committed to Cornell regular decision for environment and sustainability in the college of arts and sciences. However, a couple days ago I was admitted off the waitlist at Brown and have less than a week to decide. I haven’t visited Brown and am not sure if I should visit or not, given that I like the location and distance of Cornell and they have a fantastic program for my interests and specific extracurriculars. I’m worried about being happy at Cornell, but I’m not sure how I feel about Brown’s location. They are both great schools and I am not sure what to choose, I would appreciate some guidance! As of now, kind of leaning towards Cornell, unless anyone knows anything about ecology/environmental biology at Brown!
