Problem with launching the sim

Even since I got my new pc, I cannot launch race room. I can open the game, select the car and track, but when I click “start session”, it starts to launch but then I wait 10 min and it still hasn’t opened the page where I can actually drive the car and open the garage. I want to drive race room, but I just can’t. My pc works either every other sim. Does anyone have the same problem and is there any fix for it?

Who was at fault here?

The guy got a run on me going into aremberg. I gave him just enough space, but I don’t think he should be going for it into that corner. Just set it up at aremberg, it’s way easier and less risky. Anyway - what was the right thing to do?
