Went off zepbound due to gallbladder issues. Was on Wegovy two years and zepbound for a year. Three years total. Have been off for two months and will have gallbladder surgery next week. During those two months I have been eating more than I have in the past three years. I actually liked not having any zepbound symptoms and being able to have normal bms. But am very concerned about gaining the weight back if I don’t go back on zepbound. What would you do?
