Permissions managing

I was wondering if there was a way to make it so users I create can only see and manage instances that they create? So like if I create a server under the admin profile, user A can't see any of those instances/servers that I created (that way they can't turn off that specific server while people are using it). But as the admin I still retain the ability to see all instances created on my AMP server.

Sophos SG210 repurposing ideas

So at the place I work at, we recently just decommissioned our sophos sg210 firewall and I was allowed to take it home and use it for whatever I want. I replaced the SSD in it with my own SSD and upgraded the ram from 8gb to 16gb. I also upgraded the celeron g3900 to a i5 6400 that I had laying around.

The only problem now is to figure out what I actually want to do with the thing. At the moment, I can't turn this into my primary router as I have family members in my house that use our internet constantly and I dont want to bork our internet. I was maybe thinking about turning it into a dedicated firewall for the devices that are in my network rack (jellyfin media server, 24 port gigabit managed switch, NAS, pihole, and game server) so that I can make it so only my devices can access those computers but I'm not entirely sure.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?
