Day trip, Non-historical

I'm meeting up with a friend for lunch, and about 2 hours time for something else. We've met here before, but I've also done overnight trips with family, etc. We've worn out the historical stuff, and checked out shops in the past. Where would you go if you could pick one eatery? Where is your favorite store? We have varying likes/dislikes so any suggestions would be nice that aren'thistory related. Thanks!

Home builder recommendations in Berks/Lancaster area

Recommendations for reasonable home builder? A family member is looking, and all of them seem to only want to build large and/or specialty homes. They just want a basic 1500 sq foot home. They own land in the Berks/Lancaster area.
