The metal part of the rudder for my Cl14 has this crack in it. Does anyone know where I can find a replacement for a good price?

I bought this cl14 a while ago and everything i use it the centerboard doesn't stay down, does anyone have a image of what the pulley system for the centerboard is supposed to look like? Im considering drilling a d-ring to to the top and then just tying a line around the handle to pull it like that.
