Is buying a new Vizio TV every 2 years normal?
I have a 32" Vizio from 2004, I played PS1 on it every day for years, and it still works today!
I was upset that my Sony Bravia only lasted 7yrs, so i went back to Vizio.
Now, this is my 2nd Vizio 55" to quit on me in the last 4 years! Just past the 2 year mark the picture goes out, I figured it was just bad luck so i bought another that lasted just over 2 years and the picture went out on it too.
With only 5 - 10hrs a week of use, my favorite TV
Brand is become a disappointment..
I dont suppose Vizio would make things right and
help a customer that has talked them up for years
and steered many people their way?
