I'm trying to find this guy, which a few websites are calling a "tri-bolt," that is meant to be used for assembling three-legged stools. I've only been able to find one version that is meant for stool legs with a max diameter of 1-1/8 inches whereas mine are 1-1/4 inches. I could order one and give it a try anyway but I was wondering if anyone has seen these before with more size variants or knows of something that could accomplish the same task.

I don't have any means of making anything like this if it involves more than screwing things together. I was thinking of a ring with tapped holes at 0, 120 and 240 degree but I'm not sure why something like that would exist off the shelf.
