I honestly don’t know what to do in this situation. I got my bike stolen from Hell’s Kitchen. I have a tracker on the bike and out of sheer luck i tracked it to a building literally a block away from me up here in Harlem on 138th/malcom. I did the natural thing and called the cops. They literally have done nothing. I can prove the exact location I’m the building but they haven’t responded after calling 4 times. Any ideas? Do I just keep outside the building and hope they turn up?
