Hello everyone, I’m a 19yo M and I was looking at my teeth the other day and I noticed they look longer than a year ago. Basically I used to wear retainers but I stopped using them due to not packing them for basic training in the military and was not able to use them after that. I do not know if my teeth are shifting because of not using the retainers but also I noticed my gums are lower than before. The bottom picture is one year ago and the top picture is the one now.

I had a cleaning 2 weeks ago and the dentist did not say anything about my gums, if they are receding or if I have any sort of gingivitis.

What do you guys think?
