Should i be worried?

So i got this boy on sunday so like 3ish days ago and so far hes been shy and a bit aggressive (scared of hands) i never really saw his tail bob this much until like right now and im not sure if its cause of balance or something else. I got him from a lady that i found out is a breeder when i went to pick him up. Now i had so many doubts about buying him since first of all she said he was tame and not that aggressive and that he was on a good diet (pellets, veggies) now when i got there i saw how scared he was as soon as she approached the cage to get him. I was absolutely mortified cause he flew around and fell to the bottom out of fear but she got him and put him in my carrier. I was starting to regret it so much but i drove like an 1 hour+ to get there so i still ended up getting him. First thing home i put him in the cage and he was screaming at the top of his lungs (obviously new environment he was scared) so after a day of settling in i opened the cage for him to fly out and roam and he did for a bit i started feeding him millet and started some target training but he was so aggressive so i backed off for a bit. When it came to him eating i put pellets and veggies and not a singe bite. Then i tried just pellets and just veggies and still nothing. Then i tried seeds and what do you know he immediately ate it up. Now i dont mind that hes scared and aggressive and i dont mind weaning him off seeds onto pellets but i do mind that i was lied to and honestly i have no clue what to do. His poops are dark green which i have never ever seen in my other cockatiel and i know sometimes its green due to stress but when we brought him home it was a bit lighter green now its dark dark green. Please let me know if he seems sick or if its just diet or stress or all of them together 😓 i hope she didnt sell me a sick bird im honestly so sad for him if he is sick.

Explanation for this behavior?

So he usually chills on me but literally anytime i slightly move or just reach over to give him scritches or accidentally bump him slightly he gets so angry so i started to slowly do things and usually show him my hand whenever i wanna pet him but he like hisses and he doesnt bite but he makes it seem like he is biting. Hes never bit me before but idk i mean he does this quite a lot and im just wondering is it cause hes annoyed im bothering him lol or am i just too in his space even though he chose to be on me😭 IS THIS NORMAL HE HAS DONE THIS FOR SO LONG hes about 5 months old now and ive had him since 8 weeks old. I just wanna know if anyone elses bird does this…
