Looking for something similar
Hi all! I am on the search for cheaper alternatives to a ring I fell in love with at Kay’s over the weekend. It has a 1 carat center stone I believe. I prefer an oval shaped center stone due to the size and shape of my hands/fingers. I’ll attach the direct link to the ring. I really love the marquise on the band but any similar look will do, I really love everything about this ring but our budget is $2500 for all rings- engagement, and both wedding bands.
He has no preference for his band other than “cheap”.
I’m trying to make sure he doesn’t buy rings that won’t last or are going to need replaced in the next 5 years. I do not know the final ring he plans to buy and will not know what he does buy. I would like to get together several options though so that there is no room for question as I really dislike plain bands.
Yes, I may be coming off spoiled, I understand that, but I’m the one that is going to be wearing the ring so I think I should have some say over the what it looks like. I don’t want to have to replace the rings themselves for a long, long time.
