I am using Ubuntu 22.04, Vivaldi 7.7.3851, and Artha 1.0.5.

For some reason I cannot figure out, highlighting text in Vivaldi is not recognized by Artha. Using a custom hotkey should bring up Artha, but does not. There are no conflicts in the hotkeys, and with all extensions disabled, I am still not able to activate Artha. Does anyone else have this problem? Do you know a fix? I should mention that in other non-internet programs, i.e., word processors, Artha works just fine.

As the title suggests, I would like to disable all tooltips. I'm not very good at the internal workings of Ubuntu, so a simple solution would be welcomed - if such a thing exists. Currently, as an example, moving the mouse pointer over a tab in FocusWriter completely obscures that tab's title and even adjacent titles.
