Why did they remove sleep sounds?

T7xE16 Minecraft Old Water Sound
Guys, I was watching The Rookie and noticed what sounds exactly like the old Minecraft water sound effect when the driver comes out of the water. At 06:23, did anyone else catch that, or am I just hallucinating?
