The Abyssal Dungeon is frying me

So like I'm kind of hard stuck on Floor 37 of the Abyssal Dungeon and i can't really get past whatever enemies lay in wait. It's either the lost gate format or fighting the clones of Kirito and Asuna, I genuinely cannot beat them.

I'm also level 178 and just wondering what are the best ways to get levels going through all these layers of hell.

This might be a dumb question, cause the answer will probably just be to go through all the floors again or something; but asking is worth a shot.

I haven't played the game in a solid few months but I'm coming back for this lil trend we got going on here.

My first set of characters are based on the two biggest stars in the Orion constellation (colour wise) Betelgeuse and Rigel.

Then my second set, which is actually my first is just red and blue.
