[England] just applied for UC and attending a Biographical phone call tomorrow, what do I do if they ask me to attend an in person meeting as I have multiple conditions that effect my ability to travel independently

Hi, I’m 19. I’ve just applied for Universal Credit on the advice of my social worker as I have cerebral palsy, tics, and severe chronic pain. I’ve been asked to have a phone call and a biographical appointment. What do I need to do to prepare.

what should I do if they ask me to attend an in-person appointment?

I can’t travel independently due to my conditions, and nobody is able to take me as I am in a situation where people cannot know I have applied, as it would put me in danger .

any help would be appreciated.
