Should brown calyx’s be removed before drying ? I was told this is a sign it’s ready. I wanted to go 5 more days but if I need to chop now let me know !

7th week of flower here and I have some yellow leaves through all of plant. Will I need to shade her through the day . It’s been 100 plus degrees everyday . Are my terpenes getting destroyed ?
