I've ruptured my eardrums 3 total times due to military training. Following these ruptures I was diagnosed with dysfunction do to not being able to equalize while doing deep water training (only about 16 feet). A SOF naval corpsman recommended salt water gargles. Was wondering if anyone else has any experience with this? Wanted to see what info was out there before I risk rupturing an eardrum again.
