What can you tell about me from this setup?

Notebook + basic pens, local brand leather wallet, hair things and a mirror, sunscreen, mat for sitting, keys, fan, earphones, wenwan Black walnut wip, meds and wipes, mints, sunglasses and the case.

H&M 20-something-years-old scarf, twilly scarf, thermos, mini umbrella.

Don't really love this bag yet but it's fine enough for summer outfits.
