I booked an Angkas ride going to work last Monday night and used a cashless payment through my bank account. The payment, including the tip, was successfully deducted from my card. However, the rider still accused me of not paying despite the completed transaction. He even sent me harassing and unprofessional text messages afterward. Because of this behavior, I decided to report the rider for his inappropriate and unprofessional conduct.
