‘This Is Why Everyone Hates America’ - Jesse Marsch
I honestly am getting tired of this pick me. He only says this stuff to gain points with the Europeans and Canadians, because he just can’t get over the idea that the USSF picked Poch over him.
I know I am getting ahead of myself, but I would love everyone’s perspective on the likelihood of the US hosting again in 2038. Do you think it’s going to happen or do you think it will go somewhere else? I know there is talks of Mexico putting in a bid with Central American countries.
While our team’s run ended poorly, there is no denying that this World Cup was a major success for the country, visitors, and FIFA alike. It seems like a dumb decision for FIFA not to pick the USA again if the bid is placed. Likewise, I would like to see the USA have another chance at having home field advantage.
I am dreaming and hoping hard on this one. Would love to do it all over again. It’s been so much fun.
