So i loved the Australian Kava Shops Fijian Premium Fine Grind Waka to the point I only order 1kg loads at a time and originally for the past 3-4 years been loving the tongue numbing drink, then 2 days ago I got my newest order I noticed the bag it was packed in was made of a newer design but besides that I was thinking it would hit the same but after making it the first afternoon at 60grams of powder to 600mls water kneeded for 10mins and not even any sense of numbing at all, the colour was the same as previous batches but I t after consuming the entire lot over an hour nothing at all so I made up 60gram to 300mls of water today and kneeded for 15mins and this time shared some with my sister who is very sensitive to all Kava and what is going on the stuff didn't make anything numb in my mouth or my sisters and we had zero effects at all. My sister is coming back over tomorrow morning to write a detailed report and review sent to them because the stuff delivered in this newer packaging from the exact same place has zero effects even when doubled (if it was the older waka the first shell I'd be feeling it), this stuff was so similar to the bad Coles brand Fijian Noble ie, it does literally nothing anybody else have a similar experience? I'm not happy considering the price without pay-off is just bad in anybody's books.
