Can I walk/hang out on this? Can I put patio furniture?
Moved to a new place and have this area leasing agent had no idea if I could use or not. It is the roof of the people living below me. Can I use it regularly and put lightweight (bistro table & chairs) or heavier (hanging egg chair) patio furniture on it?
